I hate moving. Even if people are hired to do it for me. I find the whole process tiring. Sigh...
I ran yesterday briefly at the fairgrounds. I wanted to bicycle there this evening but I just now got to settle down. My legs ache and I can't think of any reason why they should other than I cleaned my apartment today???????? WTF.
Tomorrow I am going to drive to Ft. Benning to spend a few days with Darrell while he finished up Airborne school. I'm taking the bike and a few sets of exercise clothes with me. I find the contents of my suitcase funny: one pair of jeans, one shirt to go with jeans, one pair of slacks, one shirt to go with slacks, one pair of heels, one pair of boots, 5 sweat wicking shirts, three pairs of sweat wicking shorts, one pair of bicycle shorts, 2 pairs of running shoes, one pair of bike shoes. If I could function in the real world on a day to day basis wearing exercise clothes I would.

I accomplished the once unaccomplishable
I ran an outdoor 5k in 28:06.
I didn't believe it, I took my car and measured it.
Tres awesome.
On the plate for tomorrow is a bike ride before work and then PF Changs after work to undo all the good I've done. I did want the scallops but I think I may go inexpensive and healthy and order the Buddah's Feast which is fancy shmancy for veggie-tables. If that is the plan then I must cut out the Hot and Sour Soup too.

If tight pants are for suckers then pulled back muscles are for morons....
Why yes, I pulled a muscle in my back and it sucks balls. Thank you very much.
Did kinda bad today in the food department, I'm not even gonna write that shit down because I KNOW its bad. Whatever...
21 Deadlifts 155lbs
800 m Run
15 Deadlifts 135 lbs (drop down in weight due to the strain in my back)
800 m Run
9 Deadlifts 135 lbs
800 m Run
24:56 total time.
Not great but not bad considering that it freaking HURT!
My hands are starting to resemble hamburger meat from all the weightlifting. Man hands or something.
I have also planned a bike ride Thursday night, we'll see how that goes.

Oh Wow...
It seems that I forgot about this blog. LOL, three days worth of posts, oooohhhh I sure know how to stick to things!
In the past year I have gotten married, joined a totally badass Crossfit gym www.maxfxcrossfit.com , scored a better job making thousands more a year, decided to one day get pregnant, bought a motorcycle, and just purchased a sweet Cannondale CAAD9 6.
My tip for the day is to unclip both peddles before coming to a stop...

Thursday
Okay, I deviated from the food schedule yesterday. No bad foods, just different because of quickeness or the desire for something different.
This morning:
7:30AM Bowl of Fiber One, Soy milk, an apple
11:30 AM: Fiber one bar, butternut squash soup
2:00 PM: Eggs with turkey and spinach, apple.
Heated soy milk
4:30 PM: Clif Bar
Dinner??? who knows. I'm going to the gym to do abs and cardio. Then I have to clean, after all that is done I can go home and rest. I'm tired and my contacts are getting old. :(

Wednesday
I'm doing good! I slip a little here and there. Nothing too big or unmanageable. I still feel full and satisfied. I need to exercise more. I was at the gym Monday morning at 5:00 AM (back, 20 min cardio), skipped Tuesday, 5:00 AM this morning (legs and 40 mins cardio). Tomorrow I will do remedial PT with Darrell (he beats them up and I kinda like the feeling of pushing myself so hard I'm going to vomit). I like going because its like those cardio bootcamps. Awesome.
Yesterday I had: 8AM-Bowl of veggie soup & a muscle milk pudding cup.
11AM-I can't remember ?????
2PM- Crab Salad with lemon juice, crackers, water
6PM-Pork Tenderloin stew, one roll. Water.
Today:
4:45 AM- Protein Shake
8AM- Oat bran with blueberries, eggs with spinach
11AM-Pork Tenderloin Stew, water, vitamins, cup of chocpeppermint soy milk heated.
2PM- cottage cheese and apple, green tea
4:30-Clif Bar (I'll be on my way home)

As my pants get tighter...
I've added on some winter weight. Although not large by any stretch of the imagination, I need something that'll keep me honest. I usually like blogging but I want to do it on my own, without friends or a contest. So this is all me. It will serve as both my fitness and diet journal. I may even occasionally post progress pictures.
For my diet, I am beginning to follow Tosca Reno's Eat Clean Diet. It isn't a diet but a guide to eating right. So far it is going well, nothing is restricted except sugar and sweets and gratuitous fats.
I'll start from today on blogging it all down.
8:00 AM: 1 serving of Optiumum Power Cereal with Soymilk. 1 Cup Coffee
9:00 AM: 1 cup Green Tea (no sugar, milk or honey)
11:00AM: Egg whites with spinach, Salt and pepper. Microwaved, so no additional butter or grease. 1 (small, smaller than my palm) loggers roll (with crusted oat top) with spinach and turkey. 1/2 cup of Peppermint Chocolate Soymilk heated for dessert (it tastes like a mint mocha!).
At work the women have stated that Monday is the Diet Start Date, so today the office is full of brownies, cookies, muffins, etc. I have yet to touch them. I would consider it a great success if I could go the whole day and not eat any sweets (other than my peppermint milk which did have sugars).
I have always tried to eat small multiple meals a day but I didn't know exactly what to eat. I would end up very hungry and eventually binge. Since I've started this plan, I stay fuller longer and when I go to bed at night I don't feel deprived. My meals have gotten healthier and more adventurous. It gets old to eat chicken breast and cottage cheese five times a day so I'm willing to try new things. Tofu is fun to cook with. I made an awesome tofu chili the other day and mixed this wonderful brown rice with it.
Tonight I have to work out. That is the one area that has slipped recently. I just am pressed for time and when I go into the gym and its packed, I shorten my workout. January is a horrible time to decide to get in shape, I don't know why people do it. I love going to the gym, I get cranky if I miss a day or two. Every January I always lose my motivation. I don't want to stand in line to wait for a machine. February-December, I have no problem. But January! Forget it. I understand why I've gained weight this month.
That rambled. Will post again after gym tonight.
